The pantographic lathe will be quite usefull for the larger areas of the mouthpiece but the taper of the shank will probably bee to be done with a tapered ream. You will most likely need to have this "profiled" electronically and then you will need to order the specific reamer that you need as a custom order from another company. Making the reamer and shipping will take about 6 weeks and will be quite costly.
