Dennis, thanks a million for taking the time to a)treat an amateur tubist like a "human being", and, b)share your insight with the CC question. I never thought to use both horns for Dixieland! That's a super idea. After posting my query I searched the back files and saw about a zillion questions on the "BBb vs CC" question. Of all the answers, I appreciate yours the most. I play my tuba for fun. I play my Bluegrass banjo and fiddle for money. You're so right- if the horn fits, buy it and play it. And HAVE FUN! Thanks again for your imput.
