Yes, the Solti Bruckner 7th is out of print and IMHO, that's not a tragedy even in the slightest. One bonus of the Barenboim/CSO 7th is that you also get an equally fine Bruckner 4th. However, there are plenty of other fine Bruckner 7th's available. Of the various von Karajan 7th's, you won't go wrong with either the BPO one that he made for EMI in the late 70's, or his 80's DG one with the VPO (be sure to get the "Karajan Gold" pressing of that one). Somebody mentioned the Riccardo Chailly Bruckner 7th. That one has some terrific low brass, but the overall tempo for the first movement is even slower than normal. DG had another really good one with Sinopoli leading the Staatskappele Dresden, but it's also "out of print" now. A great piece with very few bad recordings.
