It's a funny little thing. It looks like a tiny version of the CBB 681 (??) tuba that was bent into an oval shape. Valves appear to be just a smaller version of the valves that Cerveny uses on all of their tubas...generally speaking the construction and parts on the oval are identical to the construction and parts found on their tubas, only smaller.

Sorry, I don't know any detailed information, but I have had the opportunity to see it and play it...but the European receiver would not accept any of the mouthpieces I could find, so I ended up not playing it.
