Call me old fashioned but to me the three valved bell front "euphonium" is still a baritone horn (here is America anyway). I know that is not politically correct, but old habits die hard. So do you have any M31's or not? It is not a very large mouthpiece with a small (tenor trombone size) receiver. It has a small diameter rim but a fairly deep cup. That is why I like it. these mouthpieces used to come stock with the King and Cleveland brand "BARITONE HORNS."
