I sold my horn from college, thinking I wouldn't want to play again because I would be a band director. Man, was that wrong!! (sorry about spelling or grammer errors). So, I just ran accross a mirafone CC 5v and bought it. I am curious about what model I purchased. It is about the size of a Yamaha 641. The bore is probably the same (havent measured it, no calipers, or such) The bell is 17 3/4" Overall length is about 37". The rotors use the nylon ball system (I don't remember Mirafone's name for it). I would love to know if I got a good deal . The overall condition I would rate as good to very good. (some small dent in main bow, bell work, rotors in good shape). Now, I guess I'll to start playing again (g).
