I really don't know that much about the Miraphone 191, however, what I can
tell you about the VMI's is that they are wonderful horns. I recently bought
a VMI 3301 (four valve B-flat) and I feel that it is a wonderful horn. I also
cannot think of any solid reasons to purchase a five valved B-flat horn. There
is really no good reason to have 5 valves on a B-flat horn. I have only heard
bad things about them. I would also think about calling Matt Walters at Dillon's.
