I don't know if you're still looking, but Doug Elliott does a nice padded m/p pouch. He has both single and double pouches. They're heavy duty cordura, and the double pouch has an elasticated liner on the inside to hold the mp's in place (I usually carry 3 mp's in this pouch, and have had no problems).
I think he has two pricing plans. Plan one is that the pouch is under $20. Plan 2 is that the pouch is about $175, but comes with a free mouthpiece.
