...and there's always Loctite. BTW, I'd recommend using fender washers on the inside of the case. Regardless, if you use nuts and bolts, cut any excess bolt length off and file the bolt flush with the nut. If this is a wood-shell case, you might want to look into using T-nuts on the inside.

My experience with pop rivets and case repairs has been mixed; if you drill a backing plate out of, say, 14 ga. aluminum to go on the inside of the case, they work pretty well. But depending on those little washers to not pull through ABS is pretty chancy.
