There is a recording of it, Michael Lind, with the Stavanger Symphony Orchestra conducted by Alexander Dmitriev (Aurora ACD 4976). Regarding to whether it is an arrangement of the sonata, no it's not. It's very similar in style and thematic material but MUCH less interesting to listen to. Very repetitive. Play the sonata instead, it's much better.
