I do some tuba trio with two euphs and tuba. Try to get the bassetthorn trios by mozart (exerpts from those trios are on the Meinl Tuba Sextett CD).
The clarinet parts can be played in b-flat treble clef and the basson part just an octave down, so you won't have to transcribe anything.
