The band version is for sale still. A colleague of mine performed it Friday, with a repeat concert tomorrow (Sunday) with orchestra. The Walla Walla Symphony in Washington. I am performing the orchestra version in March with the Couer d'Alene Symphony in Idaho and they have already made the rental arrangements. When I conducted it 3 years ago G. Schirmer was very prompt with setting this up with our Exec Director of the Washington Idaho Symphony. Piano versions have never been in print. My experience is that this has been easy to arrange for the orchestra version (as of this month) and that the band version according to a local vendor is equally easy to purchase. I will not loan out my band set for this reason.
