Hey, all... I just got back from playing in an orchestra concert and there was a piece called Overture (no tuba part). I looked at someone else's part and there was no composer's name (it had been whited out), nor was there a name where it said "dedicated to". I don't have a lot of info on it, but it's mostly in 3/4, sounds somewhat contemporary, and has a lot of 1st and 2nd trumpet polyrhythmic duet stuff in it. If anyone knows anything about this piece, please let me know, I'm dying here! Thanks everyone! =^)
