The Red Wing repair school is located in Minnesota... in Red Wing, Minnesota. It's also not cheap if you're coming from outside of Minnesota. I know a few who have come from that program, and if their repair skills are any indication of the quality of the program, then you can't go wrong.
University of Calgary(I think) has a NAAPBIRT accredited repair program, the advantage of which would be that you could take the instrument repair courses right along with a regular University Curriculum... not to mention the fact that it's cheap-cheap-cheap, regardless of where you're coming from.
