I wrote to the seller and he said:
"I'm sorry the description wasn't better! I'm not the most experienced
ebay seller. The horn has front action valves. My parents gave me the
instrument as a graduation present, and the person they bought it from
told them that it was previously owned by Arnold Jacobs. I believe
they bought it from a member of the Cincinatti Brass who was selling the
instrument for the widowed Mrs. Jacobs. I'm sorry I don't know more
details, it has been a couple of years since I got the instrument."
He said that he could fax a photo, but not email one.
