I am not familiar with Liszt’s Hungarian Rhapsody #15, but I have the score for the Hungarian March.

Which in my translation says: The theme of this march, which I have instrumentated and developped, is celebrated in Hungary under the name of Rakoczy, it is very old and by an unknown author. It is the song of war of the Hungarians.
