I guess if one uses a "free" webserver (like netzero or the like), one might need to "buy" some space to upload pics at places like photopoint.com and others.
By "right clicking" pictures on ebay, one can oft discover the existance of "for sale" webspace and perhaps there are some webspace concerns that are still free.
