As I have demonstrated so many times, three valved compensating instruments are almost perfectly in tune throughout their range. If stuffiness is a problem, the tubes could be rearranged so that combinations with the third valve pass through the first two valves on once rather than twice. In such a case the instrument would not be a compensating CC tuba in CC/AAA as yours is but a full double tuba in CC/AAA.
If your tuba has a good open low FF it would not need anymore valves. Incidently there is no reason the bore can't be altered to produce a good open low FF. The experimental investigations of Jodi Hall, Acoustical Engineer at Conn indicated that note is the real fundamental whilst the CCC is a preferred tone!
