Is it OK to recall another "nebulous" tempo marking?...

A friend of mine is a fairly good composer/arranger and has an odd sense of humor. He did a very good "theme and variations" brass quintet arrangement of "Over the Waves" (' perhaps "Philip Jones" caliber). His lead tempo marking was "Pesotum Tolono".

Unless one has driven up and down Interstate 57 a bunch of times (' heads north to Chicago), one wouldn't have a clue.
