If you feel comfortable with the high Gb's on the CC, then I think you could use CC for the whole thing. I definitely prefer CC for the last page. I've done it all on CC, and also using both horns. You should defnitely ask the first player which horn(s) he'd prefer, but ultimately, you should use whatever makes you more comfortable. Oh, if you do choose F, go German!!!
