The link shows the instrumentation for the Peter Maxwell Davies Fifth Symphony, not the Vaughan Williams. I think you got there because there is a reference to RVW on the page. The key clues were that the Fifth Symphony described on the page was completed in 1994 and is described as being in one movement. The RVW Fifth was completed in 1943 (RVW died in 1958) and is in four movements. I wish I could conclude by actually answering Steve's question, but I was not able to find the answer myself.
