that comes with the orchestra set is in Bb BASS clef...like the reverse side of many French tuba solos. Unreadable for the majority of us. If your part is in bass clef, make sure it is not transposed. If it says "in C", then it should read like regular bass clef. There is a very nice (more legible than the original) non-transposed part that comes in Torchinsky's Strauss volume. Maybe this is what you have a copy of.
