Can anyone provide some biographical information about Herbert Jenkle? I know he played in those old Bruno Walter Columbia Symphony recordings, but I have no info about him. Was he the L.A. Phil's tubist before Bobo or was he a studio musician? A google search turns up nothing on the Internet.
