I should elaborate a little, what I mean is post rehersal I wipe down whatever I've touched, and once a week I go over the whole horn with a plain soft cotton cloth. I haven't used any chemicals or solvents (Ie polishes) on it to date as I was trying and hoping the manufacturer would tell me what is best for the horn.
The horn itself has a nice enough sound, I've just had more problems with it then I've had in 14 years of playing otherwise, granted I've never OWNED a horn before this one. If it wasn't a gift it would have been back up on e-bay the same day though.
