I've never seen the Jinbao horns but have noticed them on the auction site. I wonder if perhaps the clear coat on the finish could be the same sort of material used on some furniture.... where a wet glass will leave a white ring. Sometimes these marks will go away after the humidity leaves the material. Maybe exposing the white surfaces to a mild heat source like a hair dryer on low heat setting would make them go away.
