Right now, there is one on that auction site (on the German site). It's a silver plated Leningrad version (Leningrad = the previous name of St.Petersburg) - having thicker brass material than the later StPetersburg tubas. Low 3 ciffres bucks objects at those auctions here.
The acid in wine factor: Coming only with 3 valves.
