Carl Kleinsteuber bought an old 3V HN White Eb from me many years ago, which became a nice 5/4 ? CC once he spliced in his Hirsbrunner valve set. Eventually, he decided to turn it back into an Eb. So, in the Netherlands, there is at least one Eb tuba with about a 20" bell (I forget the diameter -- it might be larger), impressive bottom bow & etc., and a 5V (4p, 1r) Hirshbrunner CC valve set. I bet it's pretty nice . . . .
