Take it to a reputable repair person. That's really the cheapest way--experimenting with doing it yourself can do more permanent damage than you'd care to have.
Small bell dents are among the easiest of brass repairs to make. The crease is another matter, however, and success depends on the severity of the damage. Without marring the finish, it's difficult to do more than straighten the bell and lessen the noticeability of a sharp crease (I'm assuming you've got a lacquered Jupiter, since that seems to be the most common finish. Let the repair guy do his best and save the serious work for the time when you need to do a major overhaul.
