I did indeed take the picture and own the mouthpiece. It's beyond my ken why anyone would want to go to the trouble to mill out one of these monsters. The cup diameter is huge and the backbore's practically straight pipe. But if you're still deterrmined, drop me a line and I'll give you some measurements.
But if I were you, before I set about turning a hunk of brass into shavings, I'd talk to Dr. Fred Young first--he invented these things and probably has some thoughts about improvements on the old Reynolds model. He sometimes posts on the board.
