I own two MW 2000s. I have played some that I did not like as much as the two that I own, but every horn is different, regardless of how it is made. Meinl Weston makes the 2000 by hand.
You will find some 2155s that you like better than others; they are NOT hand made.
You may also find some B&S PT6Ps that you really don't like, or at least not as much as your own. (Also, keep in mind that your B&S has a hand-hammered bell and bottom bow.)
Every person is different, so keep that in mind, as well.
Other factors are acoustics of the room one tries a horn in,
and where that player is in their playing at that moment.
(On this last point, I have been interested in horns in one location, only to find out that I did NOT like it in other places, possibly because I was out of shape. Darn it!)
