That's no fun. When I got my 3302 from them, although the horn wasn't packed with any extra material inside its plastic case, the big shipping box had maybe 20 cubic feet of spray foam in the bottom, plastic sheeting, the case, more sheeting, and another pile of spray foam in the top. Really secure, and I think it would have had to be forcibly damaged on purpose to affect the horn.

Another time, I bought my King K90 from a professor at BYU who packed it in some extra iMac boxes with a large assortment of foam pieces. He sent it in two pieces, the main body and detached bell. It arrived just fine.

You'd think that shipping companies would have some sort of standard procedure to avoid damaging items, but apparently they just don't give a s... makes me want to run one of my own.
