I got a Kellyberg this year, and although I have not played it in extreme heat, I did put in about 60 hours of performance on one last month. I felt significantly less fatigued using the Kellyberg than when playing that much on a metal mouthpiece. They seem to be quite scratch and ding-resistant, too, so I plan to keep one in my arsenal. Is it an exact copy of a Conn Helleberg, or any other variation Helleberg? Probably not, but it played well for me in all registers.
