The Baltimore Brass horn is the 321 with the extra 5th rotary valve IN-LINE with the 4th valve tubing. This tunable, approximately 1/2 step valve acts like a trigger down low, kicking in the extra 1/2 step when you need it whilst playing 4th valve combination notes. This set-up and a little lipping can get you chromatically down to the pedal Eb. (I'm not sure if you can really get the low E natural, but everything else certainly works.) It's a really good set-up.
