King made a .750" bore tuba (rotary) in BBb and CC back in the '30s. There are a (very) few around. It was the same as Bell's .687 rotary, with a larger bore and branches. They were apparently not popular, and did not sell in anything like the quantity that Conn sold their larger bore 2XJ and 3XJ tubas. I understand that the intonation was not wonderful on these beasts.

Curious, to modern eyes, Bell always played smaller bore horns. So did Harvey Phillips. OTOH, Helleberg, Fred Geib, Chief Kuhn and some others played larger bore horns.
