Krag - We went up to Brasswind on Saturday, November 1, searching for a used or "B stock" tuba, and came home instead with the Getzen. My son picked it off the shelf "just to see" what a more expensive tuba sounded and felt like, and ended up falling in love. Everytime I left for a bit and then returned to the tuba room it was the Getzen he was playing. After having it at home for a couple of weeks I can see we made the right (if painfully expensive) decision for him. Rest assured it is much loved here; he is pouring his heart and soul into it.
