Let me tell my story--
I am a freshman in college now and had always moved around the horn a great deal(physically). Part of this problem was caused by bunching up, and eventually I injured myself so I was unable to play for 2 months. Very scary thing--I could have caused more damage, but luckily I've changed my problem with the help of a visualizer and warm-ups and whatnot.
