If you are applying to grad school for music then I would imagine that they will consider your playing above all else, then they move to see if you are the type of student that would complete the program. I was accepted to several grad schools on a 3.41 GPA including Roosevelt so I wouldn't worry about the GPA, 3.3 is pretty solid, it tells them you can do college level work. (by the way Roosevelt wasn't too bad, Charlie Schuchat is a magnificent teacher and Gene Pokorny of course is 3 blocks away).
