There are millions of ways to interpret a piece of music. Take a listen at some good recordings of Bach Cello Suite by two different performers. You will notice that they don't play the same way, but they make sense musically (assuming that you find recordings of well established players). Yo-yo Ma has two different sets of recordings and they are not excatly the same either.

If you don't have a good musical idea of how to play this piece yet, then what you need to do is to listen to what your teacher says, listen to more recordings (not just Haddad), and go to concerts to develop your ears and musical sense. Then, draw your own conclusion how to play this piece.

If everyone played a piece exactly the same way, music would be very uninteresting thing to play and listen.
