I had two York Eb tubas that were the german made models and they were the smaller ones. I acquired them in a trade with a friend for my king Eb helicon. He became ill with cancer and we cancelled the trade because he thought he could easier sell the helicon. Back to the tubas though. Even though they were only three valve horns and pretty small they played great. I would love to have one of those back today. I don't know what ever happened to them. My friend passed away this year. They were both York B&M tubas one front action removable bell front and the other that played the better of the two was top action fixed bell up.

Good luck on the hunt. I would contact Sam Gnagy. I hope I spelled tha name right. He might have a line on what you are looking for. He uses the bells for his CC conversions that he builds. He posts on the board from time to time.
