Sure you should learn how to play notes in tune on your own, but thats not always the case. Some notes are going to be out of tune ON EVERY HORN, granted these notes differ, but every horn has notes that just arent in tune. The trigger is there just for those select few notes, not every dang note. People who crack on it just are upset that willson or hirsbrunner havent thought of it first. The trigger is a very clever and unique idea that works. I mean hey, what do Steve Mead and Demondrae Thurman use?? They are about the best ive ever heard.
