I put a couple of (obviously sharply-curved) waterkeys on the knuckles coming right out of the #3 and #4 pistons (player's left side - front-action tuba)...Also, to empty the upper #2 slide, I tilt the tuba sharply to the player's right, depress the #2 piston, blow, and drain that water into the main slide.

Yeah, I don't have any numbers in front of me at all, I'm pretty sure the "student" Yamaha 3/4 BBb instruments - as well as the Weril 4-valve 3/4 BBb & CC instruments - have a bore that is perhaps only .660" or so.
