Has any one with an Altieri Bag tried putting the bell wrap on the bag, cinching the draw string down and useing this as a practice mute. I know it sounds weird, but it will work in a pinch. I also used it to good effect when, OOPS, I forgot my mute for the Ives Variations last year. Give it a try, you might be suprised. As always, your results may vary depending on atmospheric conditions. Cheers.
