I recently purchased an RB black cordura bag for my Holton 6/4,
cost was very reasonable, I decided against leather mainly because of WEIGHT
but also because of the near-doubling of cost. I contacted several of RB's
listed retailers, none of whom bothered to return my calls!
So.....I contacted a Bay Area pro and he got me one, and for what I thought was
a very attractive price. I will not risk getting him in trouble from one of those
same retailers complaining, as although I paid tax on the bag I am sure
that it was not "full" retail...but if you are resourceful and contact your local
orchestra's tuba player....or your school's tuba teacher, maybe they can help.
