I remember seeing exactly this sort of thing pictured in a Woodwind and Brasswind catalogue.
Check their website... you're not likely to find it pictured there (there are nowhere near as many pictures on the website as there is in the comprehensive catalogue, especially when it comes to "accessories")... but you can e-mail and ask them, or order a catalog!
