All of you folks who have personally met Matt know he's not only the consummate down to earth ordinary guy and will go the extra mile to make sure you're happy. For those of you who don't know him, he's a top notch technician and a master repairman...probably one of the best around. He's also a pretty decent tuba player if he ever gets a chance to play between repair jobs and helping Dillon Music be one of the top retailers in the country. This goes to show you that what's important in selling is the time taken in making sure the horn is the right fit for the job and the person--it isn't a line of BS and a rock-bottom price. It's also service after the sale--when did you ever get that at the **asswind? If you're not happy with the sale, Matt will make it right.

By the way, for you guys who don't know, Matt used to fix airplanes for a living before he started fixing musical instruments. We're all glad he's more down to earth now (AR AR AR).

Just thought I'd make sure you're still out there, Matthew, surfin' the tubaweb...
