I'm a senior in high school and have been using the school's MW 25 (BBb) since my sophomore year. I expect to continue playing in college, hopefully in both large (orchestras) and small (quintet) ensembles. I do not have any plans to major in music. Anyway, I have talked to my private teacher about what horn to buy for college, and he recommended either a small (3/4) CC or an EEb, either Yamaha or Besson. I am curious on your thoughts regarding the purchase of a horn.
