If a piece of music has not yet arrived at their location or is out of print, how many ten minute phone chats (at $10 - $15 per hour per employee) on a WATTS line (at whatever per minute, at their expense) could they hypothetically afford regarding a $7.95 piece of sheet music on which their mark-up is $3.00 minus overhead?

I think the fact that they are now online and that we can contact them via email is a great improvement over the way things were with them twenty years ago. Realize also that woodwind players have NO "central source" for their sheet music, much less an inexpensively obtained "bible" of almost their complete currently-published literature.
