I have one (the original from Chuck's horn), but not on a horn.
I'll use it for a Halloween costume - wear a big black bag as a shirt and use the bell as a hat and go as an oil can. Can get a broom and go as the Wicked Witch of the West.
Gene Pokorny suggested an orange garbage bag, paint the bell orange and go as a highway pylon.
If I go to Ed Getzen's house he might give me two pieces of candy.
