That's "In My Humble (some would say "Honest") Opinion."

There are a jillion of these, most of which are used only by 14-yr-old girls who are more interested in 'being in communication' than actually communicating anything. But a few are really useful, and commonly seen, including the following:

BTW : by the way
FWIW : for what it's worth
FYI : for your information
IMHO : in my humble opinion
IMO : in my opinion
JIC : just in case
JOOC : just out of curiosity
LOL : laughing out loud
OTFL : on the floor laughing
OTOH : on the other hand
ROTFL : roll on the floor laughing
RTFM : read the f___ing manual
TIA : thanks in advance
TTFN : ta ta for now

See the link below for more Internet Terms and Abbreviations (no, it's not my site). 'BTW', next time you see one of these, try plugging it (and two or three of the others) into a search engine, along with 'abbreviation' and 'internet'. That's how I found the list above at the site below, 'FWIW'. If you really want the long lists, include the word 'chat'. The chatroom people have a whole language of TLA's (that's 'Three Letter Acronyms').
