The Arlington Cemetary metro stop is pretty close. I believe you can walk through the cemetary to the other side where Ft.Myer is. Brucker Hall is across the street from the Ft. Myer Chapel. If you are in the cemetary, just ask someone which direction to the chapel. Of course I am public transportation stupid. There is probably a bus stop either on post or right outside the gate which will also work.
Ft. Myer is fairly small. Once you wander your way in there, finding Brucker Hall is pretty easy.
